4.1 Update

Last night before going to sleep I noticed a critical lacking in Obstacle 4.0

and so I quickly updated it to Obstacle 4.1

Obstacle 4.1 has added

- a volume slider

- a new sound effect particularly for when you die

- also an improvement a probably unnoticed glitch where controls don’t work when caps lock is turned on
